Bracher Emden is coming to Singapore!

My chance meeting with the British accessories label Bracher Emden was not too long ago at the Best of British Trunkshow. I was taken by the structural arm candies - the designs were clean and minimalistic yet bold and unique.

And I thought, how nice it would be if I could own one of these and of course, where can I get them in Singapore? Well, to the first question, it would probably cost me a month's pay. But to the second, the good news is that Bracher Emden is going to be stocked at our favorite boutique, Nana and Bird, in July.

And for those of you who haven't heard of Bracher Emden, here's a little introduction:

Bracher Emden began creating simple leather bags in their humble store at Covent Garden 10 years ago, but grew as a British accessories label that defined and embraced fashion's love of all things opulent and glamorous. Its unique and eye catching pieces have been spotted on the arms of some of the world's most stylish women like Dita von Teese, Beyonce, Rihanna and Eva Longoria.

Now at the height of its tenth year anniversary, the independent brand has collaborated with Bora Aksu, acclaimed designer, to open London Fashion Week. The recreated vision on handbags are futuristic, space age and slightly dark. Bracher Emden's AW12 collection also promises to be decadent with a line-up of several new designs.

Every Bracher Emden handbag is lovingly made with the finest Italian leathers and exotic skins. This is one arm candy you want to have around you all the time.

October's Obessions

1. Riot Loco

Unlike most local online stores, Riot Loco stocks edgy and stylish pieces that are competitively priced but does not fall short on quality. The Riot Loco store is updated frequently - at least once every fortnight. This means that you're sure to get your fashion fix on their latest statement pieces that are always on trend. This simple but eye-catching brick red skater style dress  in Riot Loco's latest collection is a versatile piece that every wardrobe needs.

2. Riot Loco Heeled Leopard Loafers

Another item that I'm currently lusting after at Riot Loco's is their Heeled Leopard Loafers which is fierce and statement piece worthy. Unfortunately, its out of stock in my size. At less than $50 a pop, its a steal. Grab it soon!

3. Chanel Le Vernis Nail Colour in Quartz

Chanel's latest limited edition nail polish is a soft mink brown colour with a touch of champagne. It's a great colour to wear for the year end parties, since it has a slight subtle sparkle.

4. Clare Vivier La Pochette Clutch

The La Pochette clutch features a natural undyed leather with a hot pink stripe right down the middle. Contemporary yet elegant, this clutch is guaranteed to jazz up any single outfit.
